MEFN Applicant: Logging in to the Fluxx Grantee Portal

Learn how to log into the McKnight Endowment Fund for Neuroscience's (MEFN) Fluxx site. This guide walks you through the required login steps so you can manage your applications, reporting, banking information, etc.

Navigate to [https://mefn.fluxx.io/](https://mefn.fluxx.io/user_sessions/new)

If it is your first time logging in, click the Forgot Password link and follow the steps to set up a password.

Click "Forgot Password?"

Enter your email address in the "Email" field and then the "Submit" button.

On the next screen, click "Return to Login Page" to get back to the login screen.

Navigate to your email in a separate window or on your Desktop app. You should have received an email link to create a new password. Click on the link to set up a new password.

Create a strong password and then Click "Set Password and Log in". *Tip:* Add this password to a password manager.

You will be routed back to the MEFN Grant Portal where you will log in with your email and password.

Enter "Username," which is the email address you have registered with MEFN. Enter "Password" that you just created.

Next it will prompt you to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA). Follow the onscreen steps to enable this, using either the SMS option or Smartphone App (such as Microsoft or Google authenticator apps).

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required each time you log in. Enter the code that is texted to you or is in your authenticator app. The code is only good for a short period of time, so enter it quickly. If it fails, click Resend SMS to receive another code or wait for your app to refresh with a new code.

Click "Log In"
