Search for the building of the room you would like to view the availability for. **Omit** words such as "Hall" or "Building", as in Clark Hall or Wyman Park Building. They may not be part of the building name in 25 Live, and the search will not always yield partial matches. If you know the room number, you may include that, but if the search yields no results, reduce the specificity of your search.

Searching for "Traylor" yielded two results. Choose the room that you wish to view the availability for.

**There are several ways to view the room's availability.** Viewing the **"Daily"** availability will show you individual days for the next four weeks with the schedule laid out in a horizontal manner.

You can also view only specific days.

If you wanted to create a recurring request for a Monday, you can see if it is available at your desired time for several Mondays in a row, but only for up to 4 weeks.

**Another way to view a room's availability is "Weekly".** In this way you can view a snapshot of an entire week.

This view can be further customized by viewing multiple weeks.

Now you can see two weeks worth of schedule, with the days grouped together - two Mondays, followed by two Tuesdays, and so on.

**Using these two tools, "Select Days" and the number of weeks dropdown,** it is easy to see the availability in a variety of ways. In this screenshot I chosen to view only Monday - Friday for the next four weeks. This is a clear way to see when it would be possible to schedule a recurring meeting.

You can choose to view up to 20 weeks. In this screenshot I have used the "Select Days" tool and chosen to view only Mondays. I have used the "Weeks" dropdown to view 20 weeks. This is the best way to determine a time for a meeting with many recurrances.

The third way to view a room's availability is with the **"Calendar"**. With this view, you can customize the number of weeks that you are viewing, but not specific days of the week.
