Reopen Employee Self-Review for Direct Reports

This guide provides a straightforward process for managers to reopen the Employee Self-Review for their direct reports, ensuring that feedback and evaluations can be accurately completed. It outlines essential steps, including selecting due dates and adding comments.

Navigate to <https://cornerstone.ou.edu/>

Click "Please complete the annual review task for your direct report(s)."

Click "Bulk Actions"

Click on the down arrow and then select the name of the step you want to reopen, in this case "Employee Self-Review"

Click the checkbox next to the name(s) you want to reopen.

Click "Reopen Step"

A new window will open. Click on the calendar icon to select the due date.

**Alert!** If a date is greyed out, it means you cannot select it because it falls outside the allowable window for this step.\ \ You can only pick a due date that is: - **After today** (no back-dating), and - **Before the next step’s due date** In this example, the next step is due Nov 22, so the only available option is Nov 21.

Next, add a comment explaining why you are reopening the step.\ **\ Important:** The employee **will see** this comment, and it will also appear in the automated Cornerstone email notifying them that the step has been reopened.

Click "Reopen step"

Click "Close"
