AEA Instructor Application

Follow this guide to successfully navigate the AEA Learning Online platform and submit your AEA Instructor Application. You will learn how to update your professional profile, input your academic credentials, and upload the required documentation.

Please Note: Instructors teaching a licensure renewal or graduate credit course must hold a valid teaching license and a master's degree, with exceptions based on experience in a speciality area. If there are multiple instructors for a course, *at least one must hold a master's degree*. This is verified by submitting a Vita.

Navigate to<https://aealearningonline.org/> and click Log In.

Profile Navigation

Enter your login credentials, and click Log In. Or, click "Sign In with Google" or "Sign In with Microsoft."

Navigate to "Edit Profile" from the profile menu.

AEA Instructor Application Access

Click "AEA Instructor Application"

Tip! The Personal Info and Employment Info fields will auto-populate from the information from your profile. If updates need to be made, you will need to make them in your profile.

Vita Information

Select "Highest Degree" from the dropdown menu.

Upload your Official Transcript and resume.

Expand the different fields (Degree Details, Leadership Activities, Professional Work Experience, etc.) to add any supporting relevant information.

Click "Save" to save as a draft or "Submit for Approval" if your form is ready for submission.

Submissions are reviewed by the professional learning office. You will receive an email notification once your vita has been reviewed. Questions? Contact support@aealearningonline.org
