Navigate to [https://aealearningonline.org](https://training.aealearningonline.org) and Log In.

Enter your email and password, and click Log In, or click "Sign In with Google" or "Sign In with Microsoft"

Navigate to <https://training.aealearningonline.org/> and click Log In

Close announcements.

Click "Instructor".

Locate the course title and click on it.

Participants will appear on the left. Click on the user name to see their record.
Tip! When you open the roster, you will only see the active participants (people whose course hasn't expired). To see the entire list of people select "show expired". The entire list will now populate. If you don't see a participant, click the "show expired". The list will populate with participants who are in the course, but may no longer have access. You can still move that person forward and complete the course on your end. The participant will need to click the "extend access" button and then resume to follow the directions in your email.

In box one, click "Finish Course".

Click "Update Course Record"

Participants will then receive and email. The email is the one associated with their account on aealearningonline.org. (Note: If they do not see it, please have them check their spam.)

This is the email that they will receive from the platform. It will update to reflect the course.

Users can then click "Resume Course & Mark as Complete"

The participant will be asked to login.
Participant Course Completion

"Resume" the course.

When the user follows the directions and resumes the course they will see this. Once they mark it complete they will be given an option download their transcript, rate the course, and provide feedback.
Tip! Participants can also access their AEA Learning Online transcript at anytime by going to "My Trainings and Courses">"Completed Trainings and Courses". Locate the course and the transcript button will appear.
