Updating Company Details in 'Passport'

This guide provides a straightforward process for updating company details in the AIRDAT system, ensuring that users can efficiently manage critical information. To be able to do this you will need to be either a Company or Airport Administrator.

If you do not see the Company' button in the navigation bar, you do not have the permissions to manage company details. Please email [help@airdat.org](mailto:help@airdat.org) for advice on how to gain access rights in 'Passport'.

Navigate to www.airdat.org

Click here to navigate to the right system.

Click 'Passport'.

Now click "Company" on the left-hand side toolbar.

It should be noted here, that if you are a Company Admin, the next few steps will look slightly different (as you will see more options) but the process is the same.

Then click 'View all'.

Click into the "Search for a company..." field or alternatively scroll and search for your company name.

Now click "Action" next to your company name.

Now click "Edit company".

You will now see "Contact details", click on this.

Now click edit under the contact details and add in the new details.

If your invoice and general contact information are the same, you can click 'copy them across' to save time.

Click "Save" once all changes have been made.
