Generating Reports in the new Digital Measures Interface

Learn how to access and run reports within the Digital Measures platform. This guide provides the necessary steps to configure the date filters and navigate to the final output efficiently.

Digitalmeasures

Log into Digital Measures. You should land on the new UI Home page, showing Tasks & To-Dos.

Click "Reports"

Select the report you wish to run from the list of template reports. For this demonstration, click "HB 2504 Missing Syllabi"

To select a specific term, select the appropriate dates. DM will automatically select courses within a given term based on the official TTU term dates.

When you have updated all parameters you wish to change, click "Run Report." The output should show all faculty missing syllabi for the given term.

Alert: Digital Measures will default to your highest level of access for Whom to Include. If you are looking for individuals or specific areas, you can click "Change Selection" in section 2, "Whom to Include."

You can also run reports using the old method. To do so, click the two reversing arrows at the top right of the screen to change views.

Click "Switch to Admin View"

Click "Reports"

Click "HB 2504 Missing Syllabi"

Click "Run Report"

This example utilized the HB 2504 Missing Syllabi report, but these steps pertain to all reports in DM. Specific reports may have different parameters, so be sure to review options before running reports.
