Accessing Funding Report Data in "Administrator Navigator"

Learn how to sign into the EdAnalytics portal and navigate to the Average Daily Membership dashboard. This guide simplifies the authentication and selection process for administrators tracking student attendance metrics.

Navigate to <https://portal.edanalytics.app/> Click "Log in"

Click "Continue with Google"

Select "Administrator Navigator" card

Click "Average Daily Membership (ADM)"

Please note the "**Filters and Controls" section**. These filters allow you to customize the dashboard based on the data you are reviewing. Available filter options include school year, student level, funding subcategories, and other student data. We encourage you to explore these filters to quickly locate the information you need and support your data review process.

**Before reviewing your data verify two key filters:** - **School Year** - **"Select Day of School Year:"** This is your funding date. (Example: Day 5, Day 45, Day 135.)

Scroll to the section of the dashboard that shows the "School" section. Here you will see the **"School ADM-EFA"** section. This section will coincide with your **SC06- Membership and Daily Attendance** PowerSchool Report. Also, you will see the **"School ADM- AOW"** section. This section will coincide with your **SC28- Add-On Weighting** PowerSchool Report.

After selecting **"School ADM-EFA"**, At the bottom of the dashboard section you will see a **"Summary."** If you use the scroll bar to slide to the right you will see a total of the specific EFA Summary Data Points.

A user can review the following: - **"EFA ADM:"** a school's current Average Daily Membership total. - **"Prior Year Day 45 EFA ADM:"** a school's Average Daily Membership total from the Day 45 state funding data pull. - **"Prior Year Day 135 EFA ADM:"** a school's Average Daily Membership total from the Day 135 state funding data pull.

After selecting **"School ADM-AOW"**, At the bottom of the dashboard section you will see a **"Summary."** If you use the scroll bar to slide to the right you will see a total of the specific AOW Summary Data Points.

A user can review the following: - **"AOW ADM:"** a school's current Add- On Weighting total. - **"Prior Year Day 45 AOW ADM:"** a school's Add- On Weighting total from the Day 45 state funding data pull. - **"Prior Year Day 135 AOW ADM:"** a school's Add- On Weighting total from the Day 135 state funding data pull.

If you need to review information at the individual student level, please use the "**Student Membership Report."** This report provides more detailed student-level data and can be filtered to help you locate specific information during your review.
