Edit Course Catalog in PowerScheduler

Log into PowerSchool and click "Applications".

Click "PowerScheduler"

Click "Course Catalogs"

Find the active catalog in the list and click "Edit Course Catalog"

Uncheck box next to all courses highlighted red. These courses are not available for the next school year. Please make sure all Bold Black courses are checked off.
Alert! Any courses listed in red that are needed for the upcoming school year, need to be added to the current and future year available course lsit from the live side of PowerSchool.

Click "Submit" to make sure there is no red triangle next to course catalog
Alert! Double check there are no red courses with warning icons on the course catalog list. Any remaining courses need to be removed or added.

This course list will also impact the courses available for students when completing the IGP process.
