**Complete the** Guest Account Creation **Form**

**Alert!** Be sure to **save your username and password** so you can access your account later. It’s also a good idea to **bookmark the login URL** for quick access in the future. Avoid using your browser’s **Back** button—doing so may take you to an SSO login page that **guest users cannot access**.

Once finished, click "**Create Account**"

Click "**Log In**"

Click "**Courses**"

Click the "**Search for a course or section**" field, type "**online**", and click "**search**"

Click "**Expand Course Icon**"

Click "**Register**"

Click "**CPE - TXVSN$250.00**"

Click "**Next**"

Review the course and payment policy disclaimers and click "**Acknowledge Course Disclaimer**"

Click "**Next**"

Course Payment Options

**Alert!** A payment method is required to confirm registration, however **CES will invoice the registrant's school district directly for payment**. Please select "**Check**" as the payment method to bypass entering in payment details.

Click "**Next**"

Click "**Register**"

Once registered, a **green confirmation screen** will appear.

To view the invoice, click "**View Your Invoice**"

To print or save the invoice, click "**Print**", and save or print the PDF version of the invoice

Once finished, click "**Back to My Payments**"

Click "**Home**"

Under the "**My Courses**" channel, click "**Online Instructor Training - TXVSN**" to load the **asynchronous Schoology course**

Click the **expand folder icon** for the "**Welcome to the Course!**" folder

Click "**Getting Started**" to begin **Module 1**

**Read** through the Getting Started material

Once finished, click "**Next**" to continue navigating through course materials

Complete Course Survey & Review Transcript

Go to the [HCDE Professional Learning Guest Login page](https://hcde.pl.powerschool.com/ia/empari/login/guest) and **sign in**

Click "**Professional Learning**"

On the **Dashboard**, select the survey in the **My Surveys** channel and **complete it**

Once finished, click “**Transcript**” to view your course credit and completion status

**Course credit** is granted once the survey has been completed

A **hyperlinked certificate of completion** will become available once the survey has been completed

**Tip!** The **electronic** **certificate** will open in a **separate** **window** and can be **saved** or **printed**.
