Get a clear overview of what’s planted where
Track planting totals for each variety
Set yourself up for accurate harvest, dividing, and cutting records
Sync seamlessly with tools like the Bed Planner and Dividing Module
Find the Planting tab in your sidebar. This module pulls in all of your varieties from the Inventory module, so everything is ready to go.
Before you start entering planting data, make sure your Locations are set up.
→ Add locations in the sidebar menu under Settings→ Preferences → Locations .
📝 Tip: Locations are used across modules—so setting them up now helps with dividing, storage, and harvesting later on.
Go to View Settings to toggle on/off columns that matter most to your process. You can hide non-relevant fields.
Track exactly when each variety went into the ground. This helps with reporting later on things like harvest timing and storage duration.
Assign each planting to a specific bed or field. This allows for clear mapping and later ties into Dividing and Cut Flower tracking.
This field captures how many tubers, cuttings, or clumps you're planting for each variety. This number feeds directly into the Bed Planner.
Use filters to:
Narrow by planting location
Sort by variety name, date, or number planted
Prepare data for harvesting and sales
The Planting Module helps you get organized before the digging, cutting, and harvesting ever starts. Use it to set yourself up for smarter dividing, better yields, and cleaner records.
This module isn't just about what you've already planted—you can also use it to plan ahead.
If you're a visual person, this connects beautifully with the Bed Planner, where you can literally see your layout.
The Total for Planting doesn’t necessarily match your total tubers—it's what you intend to get in the ground.
If you’re planting from cuttings, make sure to count those in the total, too.
