Create and manage new dahlia varieties across your modules. You can add varieties in Clade either manually or through an import.
Go to the Inventory Tab
From your main dashboard, open the Inventory tab to access your full list of varieties.
Click “Add New Variety”
Look for the “+ Add Variety” green button on the top right of your screen.
Fill in Variety Details
In the form that appears, you’ll be prompted to enter information about your variety.
Save the Entry
Once you’ve filled in the fields, hit Save. Your new variety will now appear in your Inventory and can be pulled into other modules like Planting, Dividing, and Cut Flowers.
Easily move your existing variety data into Clade using a CSV file or an Invoice PDF.
To get started having your CSV file or PDF File ready. Head to the Import Tool in Clade. You can find it within the Inventory module. Clicking Import will open the Import Screen.
Upload your CSV of PDF - Chose the correct tab for your file type. You can drag and drop your file or click the grey area to browse.
Match your columns to Clade’s fields using the importer interface. Depending on your file type you will match your columns on the following screens:
Finally, confirm and finalize your import!
