When a contractor is near their expiration date. You will receive an email reminding you that the contractor's account is about to expire.

Navigate to [https://ams.greenville.k12.sc.us/](https://ams-qc.greenville.k12.sc.us/)

Click "Non-GCSD Staff".

Click "Extend Application Expiration Date".

Click the contractor's number.

Click the "Renew Expiration Date:" field.

Select a new expiration date.

Click Extend Account Expiration to change the date the contractor's account expires.
