How to Create and Send Personal Email Sequences in Nutshell

Creating personal email sequences in Nutshell lets you automate your outreach. Keep leads warm by automatically emailing your contacts every few days.

Take our self-guided tour on how to create personal email sequences.

Under the 'Automation' tab in the navigation bar, click 'Email Templates.'

Click the 'Create new template' button in the top right.

Choose from one of our pre-built email templates or select 'Start from scratch.'

Customize the template by adding your own text, a subject line, fields, and a signature.

Select whether to share your template with your team.

If you have template groups set up, select the group you want to add the template to from the dropdown.

If you'd like to add a follow-up email, select 'Add follow-up email.'

Select 'Send as reply' to send the follow-up as a reply to the first email, or unselect to send as its own email.

Edit the delay between emails by adjusting the number next to 'business days later, if no reply.'

With your personal email template all set up, give it a name and hit 'Save'!

Now, let's send out some sales outreach emails together! Personal Email Sequences come directly from sales team members to feel more personalized, but are as easy as 1,2,3 to send!

Personal email sequences can be sent from a Company, Person, or Lead page in Nutshell that has an email address associated with it. Get started by going to your 'Leads' list.

Filter your Leads list by Assignee & Lead Status.

Select the lead or leads you want to include in your personal email sequence.

Click 'Email' in the top right corner.

Choose 'Personal Email.'

Select the email template created by your team, specific to your outreach efforts.

Click 'Send'!
