Nutshell

Click "Reports" then "Losses" to navigate to the report.

You can toggle between lead value and lead quantity views.

You can apply filters, segments and date ranges to get more granular data. Click "Leads" Click here.

Use the Details tab for greater insight into the losses shown in the graph.

The Leads tab shows details for individual leads.

You can click on a lead to go to the lead page for even more information.

Tip: You can right click on a lead to open the lead page in a new tab to avoid navigating away from your report.

You can save, download and share loss reports with your team.
