[[There may be times when you need to manually unsubscribe your Nutshell contacts from your marketing communication or from all audiences entirely. Use this guide to see how easy it is to Unsubscribe contacts from Audiences.]]

You can use the search bar to search from anywhere within the app to search for a specific person or start by clicking on the People list.

Once you find your contact, you can click on them to open their Person timeline.

In the Timeline sidebar, scroll down to audiences. If you'd just like to remove them from 1 audience, click the "X" next to the audience name. If you'd like to remove them from all audiences, click "Unsubscribe from all audiences".

Confirm your action.

You can also unsubscribe individual contacts or multiple contacts at once from your People list. Click on People to open up your full list again.

If you'd like, you can use Nutshell's powerful filtering tool to filter to the exact contacts you're looking for.

In our example, we'll filter by a specific Tag.

Once you choose your filter, your list will filter down to only the people that match your filter settings.

Select all the remaining contacts (or just the ones you want) and click "Edit" at the bottom of your screen.

You can bulk edit in multiple ways, but the last option here is to Unsubscribe these people from ALL your marketing outreach audiences. Click the checkbox.

Click "Apply changes"

Click "Yes" to confirm your choice.
