Access the Wealth Portal

This guide outlines the steps to navigate to the Private Wealth login page on the United Community website.

Navigate to [**https://www.ucbi.com/**](https://www.ucbi.com/). Click the *Choose Log In* dropdown to view the options.

Select **Private Wealth**.

Click **Go.**

Click **Accept** to acknowledge the External Link Disclaimer.

The next few steps will require you to have your User ID and Password on hand. This information can be found in the welcome email received upon enrolling in Private Wealth services. The email containing your username should look like the one pictured here.

The User ID here is what you will need to sign into the Private Wealth portal. Please have this on hand when you are ready to log in.

You will receive another email with your temporary password; you should expect that email to look like this.

This is where you will find your temporary password.

**Important:** You will change this password immediately after logging in. Please note that **this temporary password will expire after 24 hours**, and once it has been changed you will use your new password for all future login attempts.

Enter the User ID you want to use for your account in the *User ID* field.

Click **Remember my User ID** if you would like your device to remember your User ID.

\*\*Important: \*\* For your security, do not select this option on public or shared devices, as it may expose your User ID to unauthorized access.

Next, click **Proceed** to continue.

For your security, a one-time PIN will be sent to the mobile number associated with your account. Check your messaging app for this number and keep it handy.

In the *Password* field, enter your password.

Check your One-Time PIN device (typically your mobile phone) for your unique PIN. Keep it accessible—you’ll need it in the next step.

Under *One-Time Pin*, enter your one-time PIN number.

Next, select **Sign In**.

You are now logged into United Community Wealth and can access your account details and information.
