Add ACH Authorization Rule

To begin, select **Commercial Functions** in the left navigation menu.

Next, select **ACH Reports** from the dropdown menu.

Expand the **System Reports** tab.

Select **ACH Authorization Rules** and then click the **blue +** button to add a new rule.

Select the proper account name from this dropdown.

Next, write a rule name based on the description of the company that will be debiting the account.

Enter the Company ID number here. *This step is required.*

Choose the appropriate SEC Code.

In the Debits or Credits dropdown, select either Debits only or both depending on the company.

Enter a max allowable amount here. **Tip:** *This step is optional.*

Write a transaction description. **Tip:** *This step is optional.*

Finally, once you've entered your ACH Authorization rule requirements, click **Save Changes** to add as a new rule.
Tip! To edit, delete or view an existing rule, click the three dots to the right of a listed rule.
