Autobooks: Invoicing and Payments

Learn how to set up invoicing, payments, and accounting through Autobooks, a free banking tool offered with your business account.

Navigate to <https://secure.ucbi.com/unitedcommunitybankonline/Uux.aspx#/dashboard> and log in to your online banking account.

Accessing the Toolkit

Navigate to **My Toolkit** and select **All Solutions** from the dropdown.

You're now in My Toolkit. Here, you'll find our Autobooks service options.

Invoicing Setup

Select **Learn More** under Autobooks - Send Invoices to send invoices straight to your customer's inbox.\ \ Your customers will be able to pay you online with any major credit card, debit card, or ACH electronic bank transfer. All payments will be deposited directly into your United Community business checking account. To add this feature click **Get**.

Click **Accept Terms and Continue**.

Next, click **Create your first invoice** to begin!

Payments Setup

If you want to send a secure payment link to your customer select **Learn More under** *Autobooks - Receive Payments.* \ \ This allows customers to pay you via a form, and those payments will be automatically deposited into your business checking account.\ \ To add this feature click **Get**.

Accounting Solutions

The full Autobooks product contains invoicing, accepting payments, and full financial management functionality which includes accounting tools, automated reporting, bill pay, an cash flow management tools. This service is through Autobooks and is not offered complimentary to business customers. To add this service click **Learn More under** *Autobooks.*

Click **Purchase** to add the subscription.
