Cancel a One-Time Loan Payment

Navigate to[**https://www.ucbi.com/**](https://www.ucbi.com/)and scroll to the bottom of the page.

Select **Make a Loan Payment** from the Support menu.

Select the **Make a Payment** button.

Click **Accept** to acknowledge the External Link Disclaimer.

Enter your login credentials in the *Username* and *Password* fields and then click **Sign In.**

Select **Continue** to request a verification passcode.

**Note:** The verification passcode will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Log in to your email to retrieve your verification code.

Next, enter your passcode in the field labeled *Enter the passcode you received*.

Select **Yes, I trust this device** to authorize this device for future use.\ \ If you do not want to use this device in the future select **No, thanks.**

Click **Accept & Continue** to consent to Cookie use.

Next, select **Activity** to view payment activity like scheduled one-time payments and recurring payments.

Click the **arrow** to select your scheduled one-time payment and cancel the payment.

**Note:** Recurring autopayments cannot be deleted from the Activity Page.

Click the **Cancel** button to delete the one-time loan payment.

Select the **Yes** button to confirm the payment cancellation.

The loan payment has been deleted. Click **Close** to return to the Payment Activity page.
