Commercial Card Password Reset

This guide shows how admins can quickly reset a Commercial Card user’s password through the portal so the user receives an email with information on how to create a new password.

Select **Users** from the **Security** dropdown list.

From the list, select the user who requires a password reset.

Select the **Reset Password** button.

Confirm the action by selecting the **Reset** button in the pop-up. Once the reset button is selected, the user will receive an email with more information on how to reset their password.
