This guide quickly shows how to view and print your 1099/1098 tax forms available in online banking.

Navigate to [**https://secure.ucbi.com/unitedcommunitybankonline/uux.aspx#/dashboard**.](https://secure.ucbi.com/unitedcommunitybankonline/uux.aspx#/dashboard)

Select the **Statements/Notices** dropdown from the left navigation menu.

Select **View Documents** from the dropdown list.

In the *Select an account* dropdown, select the account that you would like to print your 1099/1098 form for.
**Note:** Only interest‑bearing accounts allow you to print a 1099/1098. If you select a non–interest-bearing account, you will receive an error message and will **NOT** be able to print these documents.

Under the *Select an account* dropdown, select the statement that you would like to print.

Once your statements details have been entered you are ready to print or download your form. To download your form, select the **Download document** button. Your browser will automatically begin downloading a PDF version of your statement that you can then save to your device.

To print your form, select the **View and print document** button. A new window will open displaying a printable version of your form. When the pop‑up window appears, select the **print icon** to print a copy.
