Dual Control for Transaction Approvals

Once a user drafts a transfer, it must be approved by another user before it can be sent. Select **Notify Approvers** to alert the designated approver.

Next, the approver should log in to online banking to review and approve the transfer. In the left-hand menu, under **Transactions**, select **Activity Center**.

Click the three dots next to the transaction that needs approval.

Choose **Approve** from the options.

If the transaction is valid, approve it by selecting **Confirm**.

Enter the Secure Access Token received through email or phone. Your Secure Access Token is also located on your VIP access app downloaded on your mobile device or desktop.

Select **Verify** to continue.

Approval successful! Click **Close** to complete the process.
