Enroll in Online Banking

Learn how to sign up for United Community Bank's online personal banking platform to manage your finances from anywhere.

On the [**ucbi.com**](https://ucbi.com) homepage, select the online enrollment dropdown to choose from Personal or Business enrollment.

After reviewing the service agreement and disclosure, click the **Enroll Now** button at the bottom of the page.

Enter your last name here.

Enter your social security number here.

Enter your date of birth here.

Enter your zip code here.

Enter your account number here.

To select your account type, choose from one of the options listed under the **Account Type** dropdown.

Enter your preferred Login ID here.

Select the **Continue** button to enroll in online banking.

You've successfully enrolled! Click the **Continue** button to complete the enrollment process.

Select your Secure Access Code delivery method to register your device.

Once you receive your Secure Access Code text or call, enter it in the field provided. Secure Access Codes are only valid for a limited time and cannot be reused.

Enter the six-digit Secure Access Code provided during the call or in the text, and then select the **Continue** button.

Once your Secure Access Code is accepted, tap **Register Device**. If you are not on your personal device, do not register your device at this time.

Review and update your profile information. Once the required fields have been entered, tap **Submit Profile**.

Review the password requirements before you create your new password.

Enter a new password following the requirements listed above.

Re-enter your new password and then select the **Continue** button.

Review the Online Banking Service Agreement and Disclosure Statement. Select the **Accept** button to continue.
