Follow this guide to securely retrieve your forgotten online banking username. You will learn more about the necessary steps to verify your account identity and regain access to your United Community online banking.

Navigate to [**https://www.ucbi.com/.**](https://www.ucbi.com/)

Select **Forgot Login/Unlock**.

Select the **Forgot Login** tab.

Enter your Last Name.

Enter your Social Security Number.

Enter your Date of Birth.

Enter your Zip Code.

Enter your Account Number.

Choose your Account Type from the dropdown.

From the dropdown, select the device where you’d like to receive your login username.

Enter your Mobile Phone Number.

Select **Continue**.

Your login username will be sent via SMS text message to the mobile device you entered.

**Tip:** Example notification sent via SMS provided in the previous step.

Enter the Login ID provided in the notification.
