Lockbox: Receivables

Learn how to utilize United Community's lockbox and receivables services to streamline incoming payments, improve cash flow visibility, and automate the posting of receivables.

Next, select **Lockbox Services** from the **Commercial Functions** dropdown menu.

Lockbox services enhance the collection of paper-based payments with automatic imaging, data collection, and same-day funds availability. The Receivables Dashboard provides real-time visibility into transactions, including detailed payment information and check images.

Select **Archive** from the side menu.

This is where your check history resides. Filter your search criteria here.

To view check images or transactions in a batch file, click **View**.

Choose from the dropdown to view batch details on transactions or check images.

To view a list of transactions, select the **Transactions** tab.

All transactions are listed here for reference.

To view individual check images, select the photo icon next to an individual transaction and an image of the check will display.

To further customize your view, click **Columns**.

First, select which columns you would like shown in the table by checking the boxes.

Next, reorder the columns by dragging and dropping each column into the position you would like it to be displayed.

Once you have selected your columns and reordered them to your preferences, select **Update Table**.

To save your custom view, select **Save**.

Enter a name for your custom view and then select the **Confirm** button.
