One-Time Loan Payment

This guide walks you through the steps to securely make a one-time loan payment using the United Community online loan payment portal.

Navigate to[**https://www.ucbi.com/**](https://www.ucbi.com/)and scroll to the bottom of the page.[ ](https://www.ucbi.com/)

Select **Make a Loan Payment** from the *Support* menu.

On the next page, select the **Make a Payment** button.

A pop-up labeled *External Link Disclaimer* will appear. Click **Accept** to acknowledge that you are being sent to an external website.

Enter your login credentials in the *Username* and *Password* fields.

Click **Sign In** to continue.

From your account list select the account you wish to pay by clicking the **arrow** next to the account details.

Click into the *Pay* field.

Select the amount you would like to pay from the dropdown.

Click into the *date* field to view the calendar dropdown and choose a payment date.

Select your payment date from the dropdown.

Click into the *Account List* field.

From the dropdown, select the account from which you would like the funds to be debited from.

If this is your first time using this account you may need to enter the account details (i.e. Name on Check, Routing Number, Account Number, etc.) associated with your account here.

After you review your total payment details and receipt information, click **Continue.**

Before you submit your payment, check the box next to **I accept the Payment Authorization.**

Options to **Cancel** or **Edit** are also available before submitting a payment.

Click **Pay** to submit the payment.

Yor payment is now scheduled! To set this up as an automatic and recurring payment click **Set Up Automatic Payment.**
