Once your banker sends the secure email, you should receive it in your inbox from *postmaster*. Next, click the **create a password** link.
If you've logged into our secure messaging system before, your email will look slightly different. If you can't remember your password, you will be required to request a new one.

To access your secure messages from United Community, you will need to create a new password. Make sure to follow the password requirements listed below.

Re-enter the same password.

Click **Confirm** to set your new password.

Next, enter your email address for your new login.
**Alert:** The email address for your new login must be the same email address where you received the secure email.

Once you have entered your email, click **Next**.

Enter the new password again to login to the secure email inbox.

Click the **Log In** button to access the secure portal.

Now that you are in the secure email inbox, you can view your secure messages. Select the email you would like to open in order to view the full message.

View your message and respond accordingly.
