Learn how to update your login credentials and manage secure access contact information for your online banking account.

Navigate to [**https://secure.ucbi.com/unitedcommunitybankonline/Uux.aspx#/dashboard**.](https://secure.ucbi.com/unitedcommunitybankonline/Uux.aspx#/dashboard)

From the left navigation menu, select the **Settings** dropdown.

Next, select **Security Preferences** from the **Settings** dropdown menu.

The following warning message will appear each time you visit Security Preferences page. Please review before clicking **I Understand**.

Update Login Credentials

Select **Change Password** to set a new password.

Enter your current password that you would like to change.

Following the Password Requirements above, enter your desired new password.[[ ]]

Re-enter your new password.

Select **Change Password** to complete the password change.

Next, click **Back to Security Preferences**.

Select **Change Login ID** to set a new Login ID.

Enter your desired new Login ID. Please follow the Login ID requirement above.

Select **Save new Login ID** to complete the change.

Click **Back to Security Preferences** to navigate back to the main Security Preferences page.

Manage Secure Access Code Delivery Options

Select **Edit Secure Access Code Delivery Options** to update the preferred delivery method for your access code.

To edit or change your email address, select the pencil icon.

Make desired edits or change your email address in the *Email Address* field. Click the **Save** button.

To make a change to your preferences, select a delivery method for your secure access code.

Enter the secure access code received and then click **Verify**.

Your new secure access code contact method has now been saved. Click the **X**.

Click **Add Contact** to add a new form of contact.

To receive your Secure Access Code via text, add a new phone number.

Enter the new phone number. *You must include the area code.*

Once you have entered your preferred number and checked **Agree to Terms**, select the **Save** button.
