Submit a Card Dispute

Learn step-by-step how to locate a transaction, review details, select a dispute reason, and submit your claim online.

**If the dispute is FRAUD**: first notify Commercial Card Services immediately by calling [1-855-406-3156](tel:18554063156) and let them know the card has been compromised and they will cancel the card and issue a new card with a new number. You will need to know your 4-digit code/pin. Then complete the online dispute form.

Select **Transactions** from the top navigation menu.

Choose **Transaction Management** from the **Transactions** dropdown.

Enter in the search criteria here.

Click a transaction to view additional options.

After selected, additional tabs will appear with more options. Select the **Transaction Details** button.

View details about the purchase here.

Select the **Dispute** button at the bottom of the details page.

Select the statement that best describe the situation and enter the details of the dispute.

Finally, select **Submit Dispute.**
