To begin, select **Commercial Functions** from the left navigation menu.

Next, select **Positive Pay** from the dropdown.

Click **Launch Advanced Options.**

Select **Transaction Processing** from the menu.

Select **Void a Check** from the dropdown.

Choose the account associated with the check from the dropdown. Enter the check number, check amount, and issue date.

After reviewing the details entered above, click the **Find Matching Check** button.

After verifying the check that will be voided, click the **Void Check** button.
