In addition to the full searchable list of intranet pages, the dashboard allows you to quickly duplicate an existing page and copy it to the same site or another site within your hub.
This feature speeds page creation through reuse, ensures consistent content across sites, simplifies navigation and discovery, and reduces the manual effort required from content editors.
Q: What permissions are required?
A: Users must have write access to the “hubley Pages” folder in the destination site. If a site isn’t available for selection, it means the user doesn’t have the required access.
Q: I requested a copy of a page and received an email confirming it was created. I can see the page in Site Contents, but it’s not showing in the Intranet Pages Dashboard. Is this a bug or did I do something wrong?
A: This is expected behavior. The Intranet Pages Dashboard is powered by search, so it can take some time (sometimes a few hours) for newly created pages to appear.
NOTE: This feature is typically not supported or available in playground environments. To view and manage site pages, you'll need to use a regular site that supports these features.
