How to Interact with the Intranet Pages Dashboard

Dashboard Navigation

**Click the hubley h** in the bottom right corner

Select "Intranet Pages Dashboard"

This will open the full library of intranet pages. T**he dashboard allows you to:** - View and edit pages - Duplicate existing pages - View page titles, - See what Space the page is stored within - Date the page was created and modified - Who created and edited the page

Click through the **page navigation** or utilize the **built-in search** to locate any site page within your intranet hub!

Or utilize the **preset filters** that will allow you to narrow down by: - **Source Space** - filter by the Space/Site where the page is stored/located - **Created By** - filter by who originally created the page - **Modified By** - filter by who last modified the page

In addition to a full list of site pages, the Intranet Pages Dashboard has a **Global Spaces shortcut** for quick access to the intranet Spaces Dashboard

View/Edit Pages

Click the **page edit icon** to navigate to the page and make changes if permissions allow.

Copy Page Functionality

A **copy page icon** appears next to the Edit button for each page. Click the icon to open the copy page form.

First, click the drop down to select from the available **Space/Site to copy the page to.** You must have write access to the “hubley Pages” folder in the destination site. If a site isn’t available for selection, it means the user doesn’t have the required access.

Fill in your desired new **page title and page name** **NOTE:** The page name will appear in the page URL.

When finished, **click "Request Page"** to finalize the request. Once the page is complete, you will receive an email notification with a link to your new page and will be visible within the Pages Dashboard.
