There are two types of Account Trial Balance reports in ERP. Option 1: Account Trial Balance - recommended. Option 2: Account Trial Balance Report - cleaner formatted report, but will not show FY 2027 data until FY 2026 is closed.
Option 1: Account Trial Balance

Search for and select "Account Trial Balance"

Click "Search"

Enter your org code or any other GL segment you are running the report on and click "Accept."

Click "Report Options"

Select your preferred options for your report.

Click Accept.

Click "PDF" to download a PDF file with your report. You can also click "Display" to view the report in your browser or "Excel" to download a spreadsheet version.

Select your year, starting/ending period, org code, and any other report parameters you wish to use.

Click View to generate your report.
