Click "Enrollment"

Click "Online Registration"

## **Determine Your Registration Type** ### **A. New Students** Choose this option if: - Your family has **no current students** enrolled in MCSD, **OR** - Your child is transferring from another district, private school, or homeschooling ### **B. Current / Returning Students** Choose this option if: - Your child is already enrolled in MCSD, **OR** - You are adding a new student who has a sibling already enrolled. - For this group, registration must be completed through the **Infinite Campus Parent Portal**.

**Current Students: Steps 5 -12** **New Students: May skip to step 13.**

**Current Students:** Select *Current Students* on the District Online Registration site.

Click "Campus Parent"

Log Into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal

Click "More"

Click "Online Registration"

Find "School Year 2026-2027". Click "Start"

Click "Begin Application" **Please Note:** If any of your children who are currently enrolled in an MCSD school are missing from this list, or are marked “No” in the “Included in New App” column, please reach out to your child’s school to correct this error.

Make sure you type your first and last name exactly as it appears after the word “Welcome.” If your name is misspelled, please contact your school to have it corrected.

**New Students: Steps 13 -17**

**Important Note About Bus Transportation** \ • For first-time students entering MCSD, the child’s Online Registration (OLR) must be approved and the student must be fully enrolled in the 26-27 school year. • Once enrollment is complete, the system will generate a state identification number. **Please Note The Following:** New PK Students enrolled in the 26-27 will not received an state ID until the end of the Georgia Department of Education(GADOE) 2026 fiscal year. The GADOE fiscal year ends on June 30th. • After the state ID has been assigned, parents may then request bus transportation.

**New Students and Parents Option** Select New Student from the District Website.

*Select **“Start New Application”** to begin a new application.* *Select **“Return to Saved Application”** to go back to an incomplete application. You will need your application number.*

**Parent/Guardian Name:** Please verify that you have correctly spelled your first and last name. After responding to the required questions and entering the captcha information, you may click **“Begin Application.”**

**Both Current and New Students Steps**

You will have **three sections** with questions to respond to before you can submit your application: **1. Primary Household** The **Primary Household** section collects household demographic information such as the **home address**, **mailing address**, and **phone number for the student’s primary place of residence**. ## **2. Parent/Guardian** The **Parent/Guardian** section stores **basic demographic information** for each parent or guardian in the student’s primary household — including **names**, **phone numbers**, **email addresses**, and other required contact details. \ **3. Student** The **Student** section in Infinite Campus OLR is designed to: - ✔️ Collect accurate and updated **student demographic information** - ✔️ Gather **health and medical details** needed for school support - ✔️ Capture **program**, **services**, and **activity‑related** information - ✔️ Map student relationships to **guardians** and **emergency contacts** - ✔️ Ensure the student is properly **registered for the correct school year**

**Agreement To Use Electronic Signatures** At this stage, you are required to acknowledge the Electronic Signature provision by selecting the designated checkbox and affixing your electronic signature.”

## **How to Add Your Address** **Step 1:**\ Enter your street number. The application will then display a list of addresses that begin with this number in the **Address Display Area.** **Step 2:**\ Begin typing your street name. The application will display addresses that match both your street number and street name.\ Locate your address in the **Address Display Area** and click on it. The application will automatically populate the remaining address fields. **If you live in an apartment**, please select the address that includes your apartment number. If your apartment number is not listed, you must enter the default address. If you cannot find your address, you must enter the default address.

## **Upload Required Documents** These may include: - Two Proof of residency(required for all applications) - Birth certificate (for new students) - SSN Card(for new students) - Parent/Guardian ID Card(required for all applications) - Immunization records

## **Review & Submit** Before submitting your application: - Review all information for accuracy - Ensure all required documents are uploaded - Sign the application - Submit the application
