How to Add Memorized Invoice Groups

This guide shows how to create and save Memorized Invoice Groups so you can quickly organize and reuse sets of invoices across properties/companies. It explains where to find the feature, how to name a group, choose a property/company (for reference), set a schedule, and save—helpful for streamlining recurring billing and keeping related invoices grouped. How to Navigate to Memorized Invoice Groups

From the navigation menu, select **Accounting** > **Tools** > **Memorizations >** **Memorized Invoice Groups.**

How to Add a Memorized Invoice Group

Select **New Memorized Invoice Group.**

Select the **Property/Company dropdown menu** >Choose the **property/company.** *This is for reference only to help organize multiple groups. You can add invoices from any Property/Company to a group.*

Name the group, set the frequency and start date, and add notes. *These values are for reference only. You can generate invoices on any schedule you need.*

Select **Save.**
