Finalise CPD and Download Certificate 2025

This guide provides a straightforward process for finalizing your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and downloading your certificate.

First, go to the RACS website and Navigate to your CPD Dashboard

Ensure that you are in the right CPD period for the certificate you are seeking.

Next, the bar under 'My CPD Dashboard' should be entirely green, with overall progress being completed.

You can review each section of your CPD by scrolling down and ensuring all items are marked 'completed' with a green tick. If any are not, this means you have outstanding requirements to complete.

The final way to ensure your CPD is completed is by checking that the 'Finalise CPD' button is not greyed out. In this instance, it is not, so we can confirm that requirements for the year have been met.

Click 'Finalise CPD'.

A pop-up will appear to confirm that what you have reported is a true and accurate reflection of your CPD, and that you are able to provide documentation to support the activities if requested. If this is true, click "Confirm". Please note, once you have finalised your CPD, you cannot go back to edit your activities for that CPD period.

Now, you'll notice the 'finalise CPD' button is gone. You are also now able to view transcripts and certificates.

Click "Certificates" to download your certificate for that CPD period. It will automatically download onto your computer as a PDF.
