How to Upload Documents to Your CPD Activity

This guide provides a straightforward process for uploading documents to your CPD activities on the RACS website, ensuring you can easily manage your professional development records.

Log into the RACS website and navigate to your CPD Dashboard.

To add a document to a pre-existing activity, click 'My Activities'

You'll be taken to a list of the activities you have already reported for the year.

Find the activity you would like to attach your document on to, and click the box with a pencil, this is our 'Edit' button.

Scroll down to the bottom and click 'Add Files'

Click the 'No file chosen' box, your documents tab will open. Double click on the document you would like to add.

If you are wanting to replace a wrong document you have uploaded, ensure this box is clicked, otherwise. Please note, if you have uploaded other documents onto an activity, and this box is ticked, it will delete and replace existing activities. Be mindful of this function.

Once you have uploaded your file, click 'Add files'

Here, you'll see that the document is uploaded on to the activity.

When you are happy with the documents you have added, click 'Save'
