Check your learning plan. Every box must have text written in it, and you must click 'Yes' to the question asking if you have had a structured conversation this year. We have additional CPD Plan guides for 2025 and 2026 for a deeper dive.

Next is Audit. You must report at least 10 hours of audit, and when asked if it has been peer reviewed, 'yes' must be ticked.

For our New South Whales members, ANZASM must be completed. This means adding an activty under 'CHASM FORM' and ticking 'Yes' when asked if you have completed all forms or have not recieved any. For further support with this, we have a 'How to add mortality audit participation' guide.
5
Ensure that you have added at least two education activities that meet the minimum 25 hours. If you need support adding activities, you can follow our 'How to add CPD activities' guide.
6
Performance review requires at least 15 hours of two collective activities. One must in the category of self, and one in the category of others. Ensure you have added at least one activity in both, collectively meeting the minimum 15 hour requirement.
7
Finally is CAPE. All CAPE competencies should have a green tick with the word 'complete' next to it. If not, you can add more activities that you can tick the cape competencies under them. If you need further support with this, you can follow one of our 'How to add CAPE' guides.
