Expanded "All Events" Calendar View

This guide shows how leader roles with the ability to manage the TLC Calendar can access a list of all Calendar events. Snapshots will be provided to show the functionality for leaders at all levels.

All Events - List View

From the left menu, expand "Calendar" then click "View All Events"

The 'View All Events' page displays a list of **every** event scheduled in the Troop (*in this list, Calendar managers can see events that may not appear on their actual TLC if they weren't included in the "who can view" section of the event setup.*) - Search and filter options are available along the top, below column headers. - The list can be exported to Excel or CSV using the buttons in the upper right. - Editing/managing events can be accomplished by clicking the pencil icon to the right of the listed event. (\*Generally, event details can only be edited by the creator of the event.)

Click the expand icon to the left of a listed event to view the summary details and basic statistics, where applicable.

The "View All Events" list view for an Area leader displays a list of **every** event scheduled in the Area, and includes an additional column to sort/filter by 'Troop.'

The "View All Events" list view for a Region leader displays a list of **every** event scheduled in the Region, and includes additional columns to sort/filter by 'Troop' and/or 'Area.'

All Events - Calendar View

When an Area leader views the TLC Calendar, the 'Calendar Filters' section at the top of the left menu includes the additional ability to select Troops within the Area to view one or more Troop to add those Calendar events into the current Calendar view.

When a Region leader views the TLC Calendar, the 'Calendar Filters' section at the top of the left menu includes the additional ability to select Areas and/or Troops within the Region to view one or more Area/Troop to add those Calendar events into the current Calendar view.
