Screen Sharing Permissions

*If* you want your course participants to be able to share their screens, click the small arrow in the corner of the **"Share"** button. Select **"Host Tools for Share"**.

In the right-hand sidebar, select **"All Participants"** if you want your participants to be able to share their screens.

Click **"Share"**

Here, you can choose whether to share your entire screen or a specific window (application).

Check the **"Share Sound"** option if you want to share audio from, for example, a presentation, video, or audio file. Check the **"Optimize for Video Sharing"** option if you plan to share a video. This setting prioritizes a smoother frame rate over resolution, which can help prevent choppy video playback.

Click **"share"** to begin sharing.

To stop sharing your screen or window, move your mouse pointer to the top of the screen. In the control panel, click the **"Stop Share"** button.
