How To Complete the Survey and Pay For Clock Hours

Once you are marked attended for a class, you will receive an email from the pdEnroller system with a link to take a survey, then after you complete the survey you will get a link to pay for your clock hours. Clock hours do not show up on your transcript until you pay for them. If you don't have access to the emails, you can follow the process below to complete the survey and pay for your hours.

Google Chrome

Click your name in the upper right hand corner (the user account dropdown menu).

Select "Clock Hours"

The Next Actions section will show you what step you need to take next. If Take Survey is hyperlinked, you need to complete the survey before you can pay. Click "Take Survey" for the first event in your queue

If you have already taken the survey, then click "Pay or Confirm" for the selected event. This will take you to a payment screen where you can complete the payment.

Once payment is completed, the event is recorded to your transcript and moved down to the Completed Clock Hours section of the screen. You can download and print your transcript from here.
