How to Download Event Sign-in Sheets by Date

For events with multiple sessions (such as PLCs and monthly events) you may wish to print just a few sign-in sheets at a time. This guide will show you how to download and print selected dates.

Event Selection

Click the account dropdown menu.

Select "My Presentations".

Select the event link.

Report Generation

Click " Reports"

Select "Event Sign-in Sheets" from the reports menu.

In the Sessions dropdown, click "Clear" and select the specific dates for the report.

Once you have selected the dates, click "Export PDF" for "Sign-in Sheets With Names". You can also print blank sign-in sheets with the appropriate dates on them from the same screen.
