How to Duplicate and Edit a Clock Hour Proposal

Learn how to duplicate a previous clock hour proposal and edit the new version, then submit for clock hours.

Proposal Initiation

Navigate to 'Clock Hour Proposals' from the Clock Hours menu

Click 'New Proposal' to start a new draft.

Choose 'Repeat Past Proposal' to copy an existing proposal.

Search for a past proposal by ID or title and click 'Copy Proposal'

Proposal Content and Credits

Review the automatically populated 'Title' field

Review the Event Description.

Review the optional "Documented Need."

Click 'Save' at the bottom of the Proposal tab

Switch to the 'Hours / Credits' tab

Review the total number of clock hours requested, and edit if needed.

Review the Course Objectives and edit if needed.

Verify credit distribution for Equity, SEL, and STEM, then click 'Save'

Scheduling and Location

Switch to the 'Date / Location' tab

Select your primary location.

Dates (and possibly times) will need to be updated.

Click " Edit"

Update session timing and credits in the Update Session window, then click 'Save'

Switch to the 'Agenda' tab to review session content

Staffing and Submission

Switch to the 'Presenters' tab and verify instructor details

Switch to the Contacts tab. Verify the contact information. Click Save.

Navigate to the Preview tab and click 'Submit for Approval.' Review the proposal, and if everything looks correct, click the Submit for Approval button.
