How to Export Event Session QR Check-In Sheets

Learn how to access your presentation dashboard to generate and export QR code check-in sheets for specific event sessions.

Access Event Presentations

Navigate to the "My Presentations" section under your account profile.

Select the specific event from the list to view its details.

Generate Full Report

Click " Reports"

Choose "Event Session QR Check-In Sheet" from the reports menu.

Click " Export PDF." Note: This will print the QR codes for all of the event dates. To print selected dates only, see below.

Click "Recent download history"

Open the downloaded QR check-in sheet PDF. Each sheet of the document is for a different date of the event. Be sure you check the date before having people use the QR code. Attendees should scan the same code at the beginning of the session to log in and at the end of the session to log out.

Filter and Export Specific Sessions

If you want to print the QR code from just one or two sessions, click the "Sessions" dropdown menu to view available dates.

Click " Clear"

Select the specific sessions from the dropdown to include in your report.

Click "Export PDF" to generate the report for the filtered sessions.

Download the pdf and print or display on screen for people to scan.

To use the QR codes, attendees will need to be logged in to pdEnroller on their phone or tablet. Scanning the code at the beginning of the session will log them in. If they are not pre-registered, they will be added to the registration at the same time. Once the session is over, they should scan the same QR code to check out. Attendance will be recorded in pdEnroller, and will count the same as if they had signed in on the sign-in sheet.
