Clock hour proposals should indicate the number of clock hours for each of the dates. To do this, on the page with Date/Location, when you make an entry you should indicate the number of clock hours for that date.

Click "Edit"

Scroll down to the Credits area.

Add the number of hours available for each credit type. Note: Auto-Calculate does not allow for the lunch period, so it can only be used for shorter spans of time.

Click "Save"

Repeat for additional dates/times.
