Download a blank spreadsheet from <https://www.pdnorthwest.org/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/Blank-spreadsheet-for-bulk-registration.xlsx>

Please note the column headers, and add the first name, last name, and email address for each person you want to register.

Please note: Some people have pdEnroller accounts under their personal email, not their school email. If you submit the school email address on this form, a new account will be created for them in pdEnroller. We will attempt to merge those duplicated accounts together.

Under the File menu, select "Save As" from the sidebar menu

In the file name, include your district name and the number or name of the event these registrations are for.

Submit the completed spreadsheet to [clockhours@esd113.org](https://mailto:clockhours@esd113.org), and reference the event number in your email.
