Automation: Send WA Personal Message on Contact's Birthday

**Create WA Personal Template:**\ Navigate to <https://strive.asia/wa_personal_template>

Click "Create Template"

Select the WA Personal Account

Input the title of the template

Input the message.

(Optional) If you want customise to use contact's info, click "Merge Fields" then select the field that you want to use. In this case, since I want to use the contact's first name so I will select Contact Details > First Name

(Optional) Add Media Attachments by clicking on the "Choose files"

Click "Create Template"

**Setup Automation:**\ Navigate to <https://strive.asia/automation>

Click "Create Automation"

Update the Automation Name

Select the trigger "Contact's birthday".

Select the time that you want it to be trigger on the contact's birthday

Select the action "Send WA Personal Message"

Remain the recipient as "Send to contacts from trigger"

Select the Template that you have created.

Click "Save Automation"
