Navigate to [https://strive.asia/whatsapp_business_broadcast](https://strive.asia/whatsapp_business_broadcast)

Click "Create Broadcast"

Input the broadcast title.

Select the WA API Template which has been approved. You will not be able to send out template which is pending or rejected.

Select the template language which has been approved.

If the selected template includes a header or variable, enter the header according to its required type and fill in the required value or contact field.

(Optional) To replace the variable with your contact’s information, click the tag icon and select the field you want to use.

Example if you want the variable to be replaced with the contact's first name, click Contact Details then click "First Name".

Select when the broadcast will be sent out.

Select the recipient(s).

(Optional) Select the exclude recipient.

Click Send Broadcast
