Create Flowbuilder\ Navigate to <https://strive.asia/flowbuilder>

Click "Create Flowbuilder"

Click "Start from scratch"

Input the keyword

Click "Add ..." to add the keyword

Select the match type either "Equal" or "Contains"

Select the channel

Click "Add a new flowbuilder step"

Step 9 - 12 is optional if you want to send text to the contact Click "Text & Image"

Input the text that you want to send to the contact.

Click "Save Action"

Click here, drag the mouse and let go to create a new step.

Search for Add Tagging action.

Click "Add Tagging"

Select the tag name or input the new tag name.

Click "Add .." if it's a new tag.

Edit the flowbuilder name

Create Automation:\ Head over to the Automation module.

Update the automation name

Select the WA API Campaign that you want to remove the contact from.
